Nice To Meet You! I’m Kae!

Welcome! My name is Kayla, but I go by Kae on all of my socials. But you all know me as The Writer Chick so I felt it was befitting to show the face behind the words.

I’m a 20-year-old college student, author, and entrepreneur. I’m currently getting my bachelor’s in Psychology and a minor in Film Studies.

I’m the author of three poetry books: Can I Tell You A Story About My Soul, Empty Boxes, and Mourning Doves. I also wrote a novella called Set Me Free.

So I understand the struggle of getting your book out there and actually getting people to read it! I wanted to give back to the community by offering free reviews for self-published authors.

I will read most genres so feel free to promote anything, but I do love to read the following: young adult, erotica, poetry, romance, fantasy, dystopian, new adult, and self-help.
